HAYS is currently seeking to recruit experienced sales professionals to join their Vancouver office. There are various job opportunities with this growing branch of the world's leading specialist recruitment company.
Dealing with clients all over Vancouver, this role offers the opportunity to build your own business within a business and get well rewarded for your efforts both in terms of financial consideration and job satisfaction. Duties would consist of finding and interviewing candidates, liaising with clients to assist them with finding the right personnel for their vacancies and ongoing aftercare to ensure that all parties remain happy with their choice. There will be cold calling of clients but also dealing with established clients with whom Hays already has an existing relationship.
The ideal candidate will have experience of hard sales, not necessarily in recruitment though that would be an asset, and be comfortable speaking to people at all levels of seniority in person and over the telephone. You will be business development and customer service focused and have the drive and tenacity to forge relationships and influence decision makers.
