A reputable construction organization is looking for an experience Project Administrator to join their growing team in the Greater Vancouver area. This is an ongoing, full time contract role.
As the Project Administrator, you will interact directly with Project Managers to support the projects in an administrative capacity, Assist with contracts and other documents, Assist Project Managers in tracking project budgets, assist with the tracking of expenses, Follow up and report on accounts receivables and unbilled issues as assigned, Assist project/contract managers on day-to-day management of projects, taking meeting minutes, and other duties as requested.
As the Project Administrator you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the Construction industry, bachelor's degree in business or a related field, Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills, Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure, and a basic knowledge of budget tracking.
