In addition to performing Pest Control/Heat Treatment Operator functions as required, directs assigned staff in the performance of their duties as related to the pest control program at Commission properties.

To be considered for this role you would ideally have:
Experience in the area of supervising/managing individuals in a complex/changing environment
Valid driver’s license required – employee must be able to meet travel requirements of the Commission within the lower mainland
Ability to work shift work or weekends if required
Good organizational/problem solving skills
Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc
This position requires considerable physical labour, lifting, climbing stairs, exposure to heat, a medical clearance certification may be required
Experience in tenant/client relations and problem resolution
Have or be willing to acquire a Pesticide Applicator’s License
Preference given to previous experience providing pest control services and to those who have previously operated Temp Air heat treatment equipment
